Rumble Poker staff will NEVER request your poker account password via email or live chat . The only time you will ever be required to enter your username and password is when logging into your poker account.

You should NEVER include both your username and password in the same email under any circumstances. If you contact us, we may ask for your username, but we will NEVER request a player’s password.
